The NUTRIMENTHE Young Scientists’ Forum Competition
The aim of the Forum is to give young scientists the opportunity to showcase their work to their peers and an internationally renowned audience of researchers. The Competition, sponsored by Sobi, will take place during the NUTRIMENTHE International Conference.
Six competitors will be selected on the merit of their abstract and will be invited to present their work at the Young Scientist Forum: Nutrition, Physical Activity & Mental Performance. Their presentation will be judged and three prizes awarded. All six selected competitors will be awarded a travel grant of €500 to help cover the cost of travelling to and staying in, Granada. Furthermore, they will have free entry to the NUTRIMENTHE International Conference (€150). The three cash prizes will be announced and presented at the Conference Dinner on the 14th September to which all six selected competitors will be invited.
Date and time
The Competition will take place on Friday 13th September 2013 during the NUTRIMENTHE International Conference, from 17.00 to 18.30 at the Granada Conference and Exhibition Centre, Granada, Spain.
Eligibility
The Forum Organisers welcome applicants to the competition who are post-graduates, Ph.D. students and Post-doctoral fellows from any type of organisation.
The Young Scientist must not hold a senior faculty position on the date of the competition.
